At Womiras, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Used or washed items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.
